AI Implementation

Get the most out of AI.
We’ll set it all up.

AI implementation, done with you. Weekly working sessions with Ashley Voltoline, a senior engineer with 20+ years of building software for businesses, where you learn where AI pays off and how to use it every day. Between sessions, our team sets up the AI employees, automations and integrations. In person across Central Florida, or on Zoom anywhere in the US.

The real problem

The tools were never the hard part.

You have probably tried AI already: a chatbot on the website, a few Zaps, a ChatGPT login the whole office shares. And the phone still rings through lunch, new leads still wait until tomorrow, and good people still spend their afternoons copying data from one system into another.

Getting AI to work inside the way your business actually runs is the hard part. It is the part we do, with you in the sessions, so you understand what was built and how to get more out of it.

A good fit

Owner-led, with work that repeats

Businesses with about 5 to 50 people and jobs that come around every week: calls, intake, scheduling, follow-up, onboarding, billing reminders. You run a CRM or are ready to, and you want it built, not described.

Not a fit

Looking for a course or a quick bot

If you want a course, a report to file away, or the cheapest possible chatbot, we are the wrong team. If your processes still change every week, start with the AI Roadmap instead. It is $2,500 and it is yours to keep.

What gets built

The busywork, handled. The judgment calls, still yours.

Every build is scoped to your business, so your list will be your own. These are the pieces it is made from.

Every call and lead answered

AI employees answer calls, chats and texts around the clock, book into your calendar, and hand the conversation to a person when they should.

Follow-up that runs itself

Quotes that went quiet, no-shows, renewals, unpaid invoices and review requests go out on schedule, whether or not anyone remembers.

Data typed once

Forms, CRM, scheduling, billing and documents connected, so a new customer is entered one time and shows up everywhere they need to.

A team that knows how to use it

Training on your real work, a prompt playbook, and written procedures for every system, so nothing depends on one person remembering how it works.

Yours to keep

Accounts in your name, your data exportable, and documentation for everything. If you ever stop working with us, the work stays with you.

How it works

Weekly sessions. Real builds between them.

The sessions are where you learn and decide. The building happens between them, so every week there is something new to look at.

  1. 01

    Map

We sit down with you and the people who do the work, map how it moves through your business today, and write down the hours it takes.

  2. 02

    Build

We build in order of payoff: the phones and leads first, then operations, then custom AI on your own data. Every week you see what shipped.

  3. 03

    Launch

Nothing goes live until you approve it. Your team gets training and written procedures for each system before it touches a real customer.

  4. 04

    Keep

When the package ends, keep it running with us on a monthly plan, or in-house with our documentation. Either way, it is yours.

Packages

Pick the pace. We do the building.

Every package includes weekly sessions with Ashley and the build between them. Monthly plans for anything we set up are included until your package and its support period end. After that, keep any of them month to month at the published price, or cancel them.

Ten seats a year

The 2027 Build.

Start the year with the busywork already handled.

Ten businesses a year get everything at once. We spend a day at your business mapping how it runs, put your first AI employee to work before we leave, and agree on the plan in writing. Then our team builds. Your front office and core automations are live before the holidays, custom AI agents and deeper integrations follow in January and February, and all of it is looked after through December 2027.

How the total is priced

Every line above is priced from the plan listed on that service’s page, and each one links there so you can check it. Monthly plans are counted for the twelve months of 2027. Phone lines, call minutes and AI model usage are billed at cost.

Why only ten

Every intensive day is led by Ashley herself, and every build is done by our own team. Ten is what we can do well between late October and February. When the seats are gone, applications close.

Paying for it

A $5,000 deposit holds your seat and your intensive day, and counts toward the $35,000. The balance is paid in full, or in two equal payments at your intensive day and by January 15, 2027.

The math

What the busywork costs you now.

In the Orlando area, office and administrative workers earn $22.97 an hour on average. Add benefits at the national private-industry average and each hour costs about $32.81. A full-time year of that work is about $68,245, and two roles come to about $136,490. Sources.

Common questions

What owners ask before they start.

What is AI implementation consulting?

AI implementation consulting is hands-on help putting AI and automation to work inside a business, not advice alone. At Get Me Automated it runs as a package: weekly working sessions with founder Ashley Voltoline, a senior engineer with 20+ years of experience, where you learn how to use AI in your business, and a build between sessions where our team sets up the AI employees, automations, integrations and custom AI agents. Packages run from one month to three, and The 2027 Build sets up a whole business for the year ahead, starting in November.

How much do the AI implementation packages cost?

Get Started is $5,000 for one month, Get Momentum is $12,500 for eight weeks, and Get Automated is $25,000 for three months. The 2027 Build is $35,000 and is limited to ten businesses a year. Monthly plans for the systems we set up are included while a package runs, then continue month to month at the published price if you want them. Phone lines, call minutes and AI model usage are billed at cost.

Will AI replace my employees?

The work is built to take repetitive tasks off your team, and we do not promise a headcount number, because that depends on your processes and your volume. On Get Automated and The 2027 Build we measure the hours your team spends on that work before we start and again at the end, so you see the real change. What you do with the time is your call: grow without adding people, or move them to work that needs a person.

What is The 2027 Build?

A package for ten businesses a year that sets the whole business up for 2027. It begins with an intensive day at your business and a three-week build. AI employees, lead response and core automations go live by December 18, 2026, custom AI agents and deeper integrations follow in January and February, and everything is monitored, maintained and improved through December 2027 with quarterly check-ins. It costs $35,000. The included services add up to $100,356 at our published prices.

How do I apply for The 2027 Build?

Fill in the application on this page, which takes about ten minutes. Ashley reads every application herself. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a 45-minute call to go through your numbers and choose your intensive day. Once you are accepted, a $5,000 deposit holds your seat and your date and counts toward the $35,000. Applications close October 31, 2026, or sooner if all ten seats are filled.

Can The 2027 Build be paid in installments?

Yes. After the $5,000 deposit, the balance can be paid in full or in two equal payments: one at your intensive day and one by January 15, 2027.

Do we meet in person or on Zoom?

Either. Ashley works in person with businesses across Central Florida, including Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Sanford and Oviedo, and on Zoom with businesses anywhere in the US. Get Started runs on Zoom. The 2027 Build intensive day happens at your business; outside Central Florida we can run it on Zoom or travel to you, with travel billed at cost.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Accounts are set up in your business’s name, and the automations, knowledge bases, prompts, data and documentation are yours. The AI models and phone carriers are services passed through at cost, not a platform you are locked into, and if you stop working with us we export all of it.

What happens when the package ends?

You keep everything we built. Any monthly plan we set up can continue month to month at its published price, or you can cancel it and run the systems in-house with our documentation. The 2027 Build includes those plans through December 2027.

What if our systems are a mess?

That is normal, and CRM cleanup is part of every package. The kickoff is where we find out what we are working with, and if something needs replacing, we tell you before we build on top of it. If you only want the plan, the AI Roadmap is $2,500 on its own.

Savings figures on this page are estimates, not guarantees or client results. They use U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data: the May 2025 mean hourly wage for office and administrative support occupations in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford area ($22.97), and wages at 70% of total compensation for private industry workers in the Employer Costs for Employee Compensation release for June 2026. Yearly figures use 2,080 hours for a full-time role and 50 working weeks for the examples. Results depend on your processes, volume, data, and how fully your team uses the systems.

The 2027 Build total is the sum of our current published prices for the same services bought separately, as listed on each service page, with monthly plans counted for the twelve months of 2027. Package prices cover the scope listed on this page.
