Who we are

Get Me Automated is the DBA of Jello Makes Me Nervous, Inc. — a senior-led custom development practice. We do not have project managers. We do not outsource. We do not subcontract to junior developers in different timezones. When you hire us, you get the senior engineer doing the work.

The trade-off: we are small by design. We take on a limited number of projects so each one gets the attention it actually needs. If we are a fit, we will tell you. If we are not, we will tell you that too — and usually point you to someone who is.

What we believe

• Custom-built beats subscription, when it can. Most businesses are paying $500/mo for software that does 20% of what they need. We build the version that does 100%, and you own it.
• Architecture before automation. Wiring everything to everything is not a strategy. It's spaghetti. We design systems before we build them.
• The senior engineer should do the work. Not scope it, hand it off, and review it. Do it.
• Show, don't sell. We will run an audit on the call. We will tell you what we'd actually build and what we wouldn't. The proposal is a confirmation, not a pitch.
