Not clicks.

Get Me Automated sets up and manages Google Local Services Ads, Google Search, Performance Max, and Facebook and Instagram ads for businesses across Central Florida. Conversion tracking is wired to your phone calls and your CRM, so the report shows which ads produced customers, and every lead gets an instant reply instead of waiting for someone to check the inbox. What we run

Every channel that can turn a budget into booked work.

We recommend only the channels that fit how your customers buy. Most local service businesses should start with Local Services Ads and Search.

Local Services Ads

Pay per lead instead of per click, with Google’s verification badge above the regular results. We guide you through verification and manage the profile, budget, service areas and weekly lead review.

Google Search

Campaigns built around searches from people ready to buy, with the tire-kicker searches blocked as negative keywords from the first day.

Performance Max

Google’s automated campaign type, fed with clean conversion data and your own images and copy, so it optimizes for customers rather than cheap clicks.

Facebook and Instagram

Meta campaigns for offers, launches and retargeting, with Lead Ads wired straight into your CRM so every lead arrives tagged and ready for follow-up.

Conversion tracking

Calls, forms and bookings tracked in GA4 and the ad platforms, and closed deals sent back from your CRM, so the platforms learn which leads became revenue.

Landing pages

Fast, focused pages for each campaign. A slow page wastes the click you just paid for. How we build them.

Instant lead follow-up

Every campaign ships with an automatic text and email reply to new leads, so a paid lead is never left waiting for someone to check the inbox. Why minutes matter.

Plain-English reporting

Cost per lead and cost per customer by campaign, every month. Clicks and impressions are in the appendix where they belong.

How we charge

A flat fee, and the account is yours.

Percentage of spend

Paid more when you spend more

Many agencies charge a percentage of ad spend, often 10 to 20 percent, which rewards raising your budget whether or not it is working. Some also keep the ad account, so leaving means starting over with no history.

Get Me Automated

Flat monthly management

One fee for the work, whatever the budget. Google or Meta bills the ad spend directly to your card, and the accounts are created in your business’s name with us added as a manager, so the data and history stay with you.

How it works

Tracking first. Then spend.

An ad account without reliable tracking optimizes for whatever it can see, and that is usually the cheapest clicks.

  1. 01

    Track

Before a dollar goes out, calls, forms and bookings are tracked end to end, so the first report is already one you can trust.

  2. 02

    Launch

Tightly targeted campaigns, with negative keywords, schedules and service areas that match how you actually take work.

  3. 03

    Answer

Every lead gets an instant reply and a CRM record with the campaign attached, so none of the leads you paid for go cold.

  4. 04

    Optimize

Weekly search-term cleanup and budget shifts toward what produced customers, with a monthly report and call.

Common questions

What owners ask before running ads.

How much should a small business spend on Google Ads?

Enough to buy meaningful data in the first month, which depends on what a click costs in your category and area. Local Services Ads can start smaller because you pay per lead rather than per click. We estimate a starting budget from real keyword costs on the first call, and we will say so if ads are the wrong move for now.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

Local Services Ads is $397 a month ($500 setup); Search & PMax is $797 a month ($1,000 setup); and Full Funnel is $1,497 a month ($1,500 setup). That is the management fee only. Ad spend is billed by Google or Meta directly to your card, and plans are month-to-month.

What are Google Local Services Ads?

Local Services Ads are the listings with Google’s verification badge that appear above the regular results for service categories such as plumbing, roofing, HVAC, cleaning and legal services. You pay per lead rather than per click. Google ranks them on factors including your proximity to the customer, your review score and count, how quickly you respond, and your business hours, and a business must pass Google’s verification before its ads run.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts are created in your business’s name with your payment method, and we are added as a manager. If you leave, you remove our access and keep every campaign, audience and year of data.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. Management is a flat monthly fee from $397, and Google or Meta bills the ad spend to you directly. A flat fee means our advice on budget is never tied to what we earn.

How fast will ads produce leads?

Search campaigns and Local Services Ads can bring in calls within the first week once they are approved. Performance Max and Meta campaigns need a few weeks of conversion data before they settle, which is why tracking goes in before launch.

Can you take over an account another agency set up?

Yes. We start with an audit of tracking, account structure, search terms and wasted spend, because conversions that count the wrong thing and searches that will never buy are where money usually disappears. You keep the account and its history either way.

Send us your last ad report.

Fifteen minutes on Zoom. We will tell you what your cost per customer really is, or what it would take to find out.
