Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you include in a message — whether that arrives through the contact form on this Site, by email, or by phone. We also collect limited, aggregated information about how the Site is used (see Analytics below).

The AI Visibility Check

Our free AI Visibility Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your score are not transmitted to us or stored by us — no email address is required to use it.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to inquiries and provide the products or services you request;
• send you communications relevant to those products or services;
• improve our Site and services; and
• compile aggregated, de-identified statistics.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties except as described in this policy, with your authorization, or where required by law.

Booking & scheduling

Our "book a call" links open a scheduling page hosted by Keap (keap.app), the CRM platform we use. Information you enter there — your name, email address, and appointment details — is processed by Keap under Keap's privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting: sending your calendar invite, the Zoom link, and any follow-up you request.

Cookies & analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how the Site performs. Google Analytics uses cookies and anonymous identifiers; this data is not linked to the personal information you submit through our forms. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our contact form sets a short-lived session cookie used only to protect the form against abuse. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Social media links

The Site links to our profiles on LinkedIn and Facebook. Those are links out, not embedded trackers — once you follow them, the destination platform's privacy policy governs.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

When our information practices change, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged with a prominent notice on the Site before they take effect.
