Free consultation

30 minutes.
Real answers.

This is the working session — not the meet-and-greet. Bring your stack, your problem, or your half-formed idea, and we'll dig into it together. You'll leave knowing what's worth building, roughly what it costs, and what to do next.

How the 30 minutes go

  • First 10 — your current setup. The stack, the workflows, the subscriptions, the duct tape. What's working, what's fighting you, and what you've already tried.
  • Middle 10 — where automation actually fits. We'll map the specific processes worth automating or handing to AI, and flag the ones that look automatable but aren't worth it.
  • Last 10 — scope, ballpark, next steps. No proposal yet, but you'll leave with a real number range and a clear recommendation — even if the recommendation is "don't build this."

How this differs from the 15-minute chat

The 15-minute chat is a quick intro — what you're working on and whether we're a fit. The consultation is where we actually work: screen-share your systems, get into specifics, and leave with a plan. If you already know something needs to change and you want concrete answers, book this one.

What to bring

Nothing is required. Useful if you have them: a list of your current tools and subscriptions, the process that eats the most time each week, and any past quotes or attempts. Screen-sharing your actual setup beats describing it.

Who this is for

Founders, ops leaders, and operators of small-to-midsize businesses who suspect their tech stack is fighting them. We work best with people who already know something needs to change — not people looking for someone to tell them what's wrong.

Who this isn't for

If you're shopping for the cheapest WordPress site or want a templated marketing funnel, we're not the right fit and we'll save us both 30 minutes. Our services page has a clearer sense of where we can actually help.
