Business Automation

Automate the busywork.
And know it actually ran.

Get Me Automated builds the automations small businesses run on: instant replies to new leads, missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, review requests, onboarding, invoicing, and the integrations that move data between your CRM, calendar, billing and phone system. We build in the tools you already pay for when they are reliable and in custom code when they are not, and we monitor all of it, so a failure reaches you before a customer notices.

What we automate

The work that eats your week.

Most businesses leak time and money in the same handful of places. These are the usual suspects.

Lead response

New form fills, ad leads and quote requests get an instant reply, a CRM record with the source attached, and a task for the right person. The first five minutes decide it.

Missed-call text-back

A missed call triggers a text with a booking link and logs the caller in your CRM, so the call you could not take still turns into a conversation.

Reminders and no-shows

Confirmations and reminders by text and email, and a rebooking message when someone does not show, without anyone picking up the phone.

Review requests

Every finished job triggers a request with a direct link to your Google review form. Every customer gets asked, because Google prohibits asking only the happy ones.

Proposals and e-signature

Quotes, contracts and agreements generated from the CRM, sent for signature, and filed back on the record when they return signed.

Invoices and payments

Deposits, invoices, payment plans and failed-payment follow-up wired between Stripe or your billing system and the CRM, so what was billed matches what was recorded.

Client onboarding

Welcome sequences, intake forms, document collection and task lists that start the moment a deal is marked won.

Reporting

Weekly lead, sales and ad-cost reports built from data you already have and delivered to your inbox, instead of assembled by hand on a Friday afternoon.

App-to-app integrations

Phone system, calendar, CRM, billing and forms passing data to each other through their APIs, so nobody types the same thing twice.

Zapier, Make or custom code?

The right tool per workflow, not per vendor.

Zapier and Make

Right for simple, low-volume flows

Fast to build and easy to hand off. We use them when the workflow is simple, the volume is modest and the apps involved are reliable. Signs you have outgrown Zapier.

Custom code

Right when it has to be exact

For money, compliance, high volume or anything that could fail silently, we write it: webhooks, retries, duplicate protection and logs a person can read. More to build, and no per-task fees to run.

The expensive failure is the silent one. On one engagement, ten of fourteen deposit workflows had been failing to record what clients were actually billed, and nothing had alerted anyone. Every automation we build logs what it did and tells a person when it did not. See the project.

How it works

Map it, build it, prove it, watch it.

An automation is only as good as the process underneath it, so we start with the process.

  1. 01

    Map

We walk through the workflow with the people who do it and write down every step, exception and handoff. A lot of the fixes show up right here.

  2. 02

    Build

In your existing tools where they are reliable, in code where they are not. Anything that already works stays as it is.

  3. 03

    Prove

Every automation runs end to end with test records before launch, including the failure cases: the duplicate form fill, the declined card, the missing field.

  4. 04

    Watch

Monitoring and error alerts on every automation, and a monthly report of what ran, what failed and what we fixed.

Pricing

Start with a sprint. Keep it running if you want.

Common questions

What owners ask before automating.

What is business automation?

Business automation is software that does a repeatable task without anyone starting it: replying to a new lead, sending a reminder, creating an invoice, moving data from one app to another. For a small business it usually means connecting the tools already in use, such as a CRM, calendar, phone system, billing and forms, so work happens the moment it is triggered rather than when someone remembers. Rules-based automation is cheaper and more predictable than AI, which makes it the right answer for most repetitive work. How to tell which you need.

What should a small business automate first?

Whatever loses money when it is late. For most service businesses that means the reply to a new lead, then missed calls, appointment reminders and review requests. Those four are quick to build and easy to measure. Reporting and data entry come next. Some work should stay human.

How much does business automation cost?

Automation Sprint is $1,500, one time; Automation Care is $497 a month (plus the $1,500 sprint); and Operations is $1,297 a month (plus the $1,500 sprint). The sprint covers a workflow review and a first set of automations built, tested and documented in your current tools, and it stands on its own if you do not want a retainer. Retainers are month-to-month.

Zapier, Make or custom code: which is better?

Zapier and Make are fine for simple, low-volume workflows, and they are quick to hand off. Custom code earns its cost when the automation touches money or compliance, runs at volume, needs retries and duplicate protection, or when per-task pricing has started to add up. We use all three and choose per workflow. Seven signs you have outgrown Zapier.

Do I have to switch CRMs?

Almost never. We work inside HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Keap, Thryv, Salesforce and most CRMs with an API, and connect them to what you already use. If you do not have a CRM yet, we will help you choose one that fits how you sell.

What happens when an app changes and an automation breaks?

Every automation we build logs what it did and alerts a person when a step fails, so a broken connection is caught the day it happens rather than the month a customer complains. On a care plan, the fix is included.

Can you fix automations someone else built?

Yes, and it is a big part of the work. We start by auditing what exists, what fires and what silently does not, then repair or replace. On one account we audited more than seventy Zapier automations, showed that none had fired all year, and traced the real failure somewhere else entirely. See the project.

Who owns the automations?

You do. They are built in your accounts, documented in writing, and the code for anything custom is yours. If you ever stop working with us, the next person can pick up where we left off.
