AI Employees

AI employees for the front desk.

Get Me Automated sets up AI employees for small businesses: an AI receptionist that answers every call, a chat and text assistant that answers questions and books appointments, and follow-up that keeps going until the customer replies. Each one is trained on your services, hours and policies, connected to your calendar and CRM, and hands the conversation to a person the moment it should. Built and tuned from Winter Springs for businesses across Central Florida and the US.

Roles you can hire

Eight jobs an AI employee does well.

Start with the one costing you the most. For most service businesses, that is the phone.

AI receptionist

Answers every call on your number, day or night. It answers questions from information you approve, books the appointment, takes a detailed message, or transfers to a person using rules you set.

Missed-call text-back

When a call does go unanswered, the caller gets a text within seconds with a booking link or a promise of a callback, so the conversation does not end at the beep.

Website chat assistant

Answers questions on your site from the same knowledge base as the receptionist, collects contact details, and books or hands off. No decision trees to maintain.

Lead responder

Form fills, ad leads and quote requests get a reply in under a minute, with the first questions your best salesperson would ask. Qualified leads go to a person with the answers attached. Why the first five minutes decide it.

Follow-up and reactivation

Quotes that went quiet, no-shows and older leads get polite, persistent follow-up by text and email until they book, reply or ask to stop. Only to people who gave you permission to contact them.

Review requester

After each job the customer gets a short request with a direct link to your Google review form. Every customer is asked, because Google prohibits asking only the happy ones. Why reviews matter more now.

Intake and onboarding

New clients get the forms, documents and next steps they need and answers to the questions everyone asks, and your team gets a complete record instead of a week of phone tag.

Back-office assistant

Call summaries written into your CRM, a daily digest of what came in, and drafts of routine replies for a person to approve.

The math

Part-time help covers 20 hours a week. The phone rings in the other 148.

Part-time hire

About $1,300 a month

Florida’s minimum wage is $15 an hour from September 30, 2026. Twenty hours a week at that rate comes to about $1,300 a month before payroll taxes, training and turnover, and it covers 20 of the 168 hours in a week.

AI receptionist

From $397 a month

Answers all 168 hours, including nights, weekends and the lunch rush, and gives the same answer on the hundredth call as the first. Setup is $1,500, phone minutes are billed at cost, and the plan is month-to-month.

Your best people still take the conversations that matter. The AI takes the after-hours calls and the tenth “are you open Saturday?” of the day, and hands everything else over with the details already written down.

How it works

Live in about two weeks.

Most of that time goes into the part that matters: writing down how your business actually answers the phone.

  1. 01

    Listen

We go through your call reasons, FAQs, booking rules and the questions your team answers ten times a day. If you record calls, a week of recordings tells us more than any questionnaire.

  2. 02

    Build

We write the knowledge base, set the handoff rules, connect your calendar and CRM, and register your number for business texting so carriers do not filter the messages.

  3. 03

    Test

We call it, text it and try to break it before a customer does. Then your team does the same. Nothing goes live until you approve how it sounds.

  4. 04

    Tune

Every month we read the transcripts, fix wrong or missing answers, add the questions nobody predicted, and report what it handled, booked and handed off.

Common questions

What owners ask before hiring an AI employee.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is software that does one front-office job, such as answering the phone, replying to website chats and texts, qualifying new leads, booking appointments or requesting reviews, using a knowledge base written for a single business and connected to that business’s calendar and CRM. It works around the clock and hands a conversation to a person when it needs one. At Get Me Automated each AI employee is configured, tested and tuned every month by a senior engineer rather than sold as a do-it-yourself app.

How much does an AI receptionist cost?

There are three plans. AI Receptionist is $397 a month ($1,500 setup); Front Desk is $797 a month ($2,500 setup); and AI Team is $1,497 a month ($4,500 setup). Phone line and call minutes are billed at cost, and every plan is month-to-month. For comparison, 20 hours a week of part-time help at Florida’s $15 minimum wage costs about $1,300 a month and covers 20 of the 168 hours in a week.

Will callers know they are talking to AI?

They should, and ours tell them. The receptionist introduces itself as the business’s virtual assistant, and callers can ask for a person at any point. Florida requires every party’s consent to record a call, so when calls are recorded or transcribed, the greeting says so.

What happens when the AI does not know the answer?

It says so and hands off. You set the rules: transfer to a person during business hours, take a detailed message after hours, or text the caller a booking link. It answers only from information you approve, and every conversation is logged, so a wrong or missing answer shows up in the monthly review and gets fixed at the source.

Can it book appointments into my calendar?

Yes. It checks real availability and books into Google Calendar, Acuity, Square Appointments or your CRM, including HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Keap, following your rules for appointment types, buffers and service areas. If your system cannot take a booking directly, it creates a follow-up task with the caller’s details so a person can confirm, rather than dropping the request.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Calls forward to the AI all the time, after hours only, or when nobody answers within a few rings, and you can change that whenever you like. Business texting needs carrier registration, known as A2P 10DLC, which we file for you. Approval can take a few weeks, and the receptionist can start answering calls before it clears.

Can a medical or dental practice use an AI receptionist?

Yes, with a different setup. A practice that handles protected health information needs vendors that will sign a business associate agreement, and tighter limits on what the AI may say and store. Tell us on the first call: it changes which tools we can use, and it is scoped before anything is built.

Who owns the AI employee?

You do. The knowledge base, prompts, transcripts and call data are yours, and if you cancel we export all of it. Your phone number stays yours. The AI models and the phone carrier are services passed through at cost, not a platform you are locked into.

Do you set up AI employees outside Central Florida?

Yes. Setup and tuning run remotely, so we work with businesses across the US. Businesses in Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo and the rest of Central Florida can also meet in person.
